Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Return & Exchange is allowed within 2 days upon receiving the package and only applicable to Sleepwears.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
The customer will shoulder ALL the shipping costs, both return and exchange.
We do not issue cash refunds for returns. Instead, an in-store credit will be provided equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s). Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
Replacement for Lingerie/Underwear Products will not be accepted for any reason to ensure that we practice good hygiene for our undergarments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at underneathintimatesph@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will contact you regarding the availability of the replacement item. If a replacement is no longer available, an in-store credit will be provided instead.
